Overview

The Warriors of Dawn are heroes that protected the galaxy from the Cardinals of the Grand Cross during the Gardoria-Mahala War. They had seven members.

Cormac Alrayne

“I won’t let you and your friends play ‘god’ with our lives!”

Cormac is a human and Emily and Naum's childhood friend. He often hung out with them on Tolmalit, joining forces with them against the Cardinals of the Grand Cross.

However, after everything was said and done, Cormac turned his sword on Emily and trapped her and Koujaku in a stasis.

Naum Skolos

“We’ve already fought this hard to protect this universe. What’s another enemy after all that?”

Emily's older brother and Cormac's best friend. He's generally chill and watches out for his friends.

Like Emily, he's a demon. But unlike her, he's a werebeast.

Emily Skolos

“He made his own people suffer back in the demon realm. I don’t want to see that happen here, too.”

An undine demon and younger sister of Naum. Her parents died back in the demon realm during an incident with the demon lord. Shortly after, she and Naum escaped to the mortal realm and found their way to Tolmalit.

After the end of the Gardoria-Mahala War, Emily disappeared.

Elnora Milura

“This was my mother’s life’s work, and I won’t let you destroy it!”

Elnora's a human from Gardoria whose mother and younger sister had been working hard on a new manatech development. When Sauound attacked and targetted their work, Elnora decided to stand up and fight for her family.

Aisla Kessle

“It’s Naum’s fault. He asked for a dance before telling me I’m pretty. I mean seriously, doesn’t he know how a girl’s heart works?”

Aisla's an elf who joined the group pretty early on. She's spunky and stubborn, as well as a skilled magic user. She's the one who saved Beren's son from the deadly Upir Forest.

Beren Lester

“What can I say? If my kid wants bugs, I’ll bring him bugs.”

Much like others from Drasil, Beren's from a mixed lineage. He joined the group due to worries about how the Cardinals would affect the demon realm portal. During the war, his five-year-old son wandered into the dangerous Upir Forest.

Koujaku Hisakawa

“You know me—I don’t do big crowds. At least, not without someone to stick to like glue.”

Koujaku is a human from Nitori. She was the last to join the Warriors of Dawn, though she and Emily became fast friends.

After the end of the Gardoria-Mahala War, Koujaku disappeared.

Overview

The Cardinals of the Grand Cross were four half-valkyries that wrecked havoc on the galaxy during the Gardoria-Mahala War. They had four members, plus they were joined temporarily by the dwarf Ifalde.

Merilynn "Lynn" Findall

“Well aren’t you a charmer!”

As the half-demon of the group, Lynn didn't grow up on Mahala like the rest of them, but on Ars Ari. She likes to tease both friend and foe alike and loves to flirt with any cute guy.

She died on Ars Ari.

Sauound "Sau" Odislo

“The time has come for this universe to change. We can no longer remain stagnant. Surely even you can see that.”

The half-angel of the group, Sau is serious and doesn't put up with nonsense. He was responsible for attacking Elnora's family on Gardoria.

He died on Oliander.

Curtis "Curt" Tholga

“Ehh, we’ll figure it out somehow. Don’t sweat the details.”

Curt is the half-dwarf of the group, and he generally goes with the flow... until he's charged and ready to test out his magic, anyway.

He died on Kridon.

Kalinthra "Kal" Henderkin

“No, actually—even if we make a plan, those two will just ruin it, so winging it’s the best option.”

The half-elf of the group. Kal's the quietest of the four, often choosing to analyze a situation before she acts. Still, she knows with her chosen group, she often has to think on the fly.

She died on Branbellio.

Felisa

“I finally have a chance to talk to him, and I’m not letting anyone stop me.”

A half-elf, half-human girl from Maderia, Balaricio.

Felisa is the current maiden chosen to represent the city in the festival for the Wind Spirit, though it seems she has her own plans in mind.

Sanngrith

“Trust me, sometimes you just have to jump in to get over your fears. We’re valkyries. Battle is in our blood.”

A valkyrie from Mahala.

Sanngrith travels to Zodula along with her friend Rota for their final test as valkyries. She's determined to prove herself and challenges Rota to do the same.

Apolus

“They may have been approved by the city alliance board, but the other emissaries have little concern for our town’s problems.”

An ifrit demon from Haven, Zodula.

Apolus is emissary of Haven—or rather, the chosen diplomat for their city who communicates between the towns and the ficioanima Luphos who grants their world light. More personally, he's Farish's best friend, and he believes wholeheartedly in Farish.

Eir Findall

“Just make sure that you hold onto that kindness in your heart. Never let it go, no matter who may try to take it away. That’s the secret I live by.”

A valkyrie from Haven, Zodula.

Eir is an older woman who's been living in Haven for quite some time. She runs a trinket shop enjoys watching over the younger generation.

Noura

“People aren’t so simple, nor should we treat them as such.”

A human from Wahatan, Oliander.

Noura helped the Warriors of Dawn back when they'd traveled to Oliander before to face Sauound, though it seems she had more to do with that whole battle than Emily realized.

Fahim

“Not quite, but I have hope, at the very least.”

A human from Wahatan, Oliander.

Fahim was always close with Noura, even back during the war. He studying to be a doctor last Emily remembers, leading her group to seek his help out again.

Sardon Lester

“I’ll be back before dinner gets here. Promise.”

As the son of Beren Lester, Sardon's said to live in Upir Glen on the planet of Drasil, though not much else is known about his current whereabouts. Still, he may have a clue the crew members of the Baloran need to solve one mystery.

Crew of the Angel's Kiss

“We wanted to give you the royal treatment, but you know how it is.”

The crew of the Angel's Kiss consists of the Fallen Angel Carmelita Milmore, the dwarf Boro Jovan, and the human Ian Gristlethorn.

The three make their living as bounty hunters. Their target: Seth, and they'll play dirty if they have to. However, it seems Carmelita knew Ritos in the past.
