Everyone is born with two abilities related to their time of birth—their major and their minor. While strongest in those two, people can learn to use the other nebulae through study.
The nebulae are named after and based on the zodiac and are as follows:
Aries controls fire.
Taurus controls earth.
Gemini is mind magic, such as telepathy and telekinesis.
Cancer is sound magic, and their songs can aid the other elements.
Leo controls light.
Virgo has limited control over time and can often see the future or the past.
Libra controls wind.
Scorpio deals with the body and healing.
Sagittarius controls lightning.
Capricorn controls darkness.
Aquarius controls ice.
Pisces controls water.
